The bug is simple and appeared in the latest version #6351.
Previously, when I fired a bolt and I aimed at an enemy, the square would appear immediately. Now the square does not appear immediately, but about 1 second after i launch bolt. At first i thought that the square was removed altogether, but after testing it after the match I realized that it was a bug.
Another requirement: the enemy must be nearby. Probably. I didn't fully understand the square's behavior.
Play steps:
Shoot bolt in any direction and take aim at enemy.
The square appears after a ~second.
