Bug: items after respawn were replaced with items of another player

Problem: I died and watched the player on the Vindict, after the revival, the Vindict items moved to my inventory for about 30 seconds, including the active Infuser replacing my Warp Stone.

Had a similar bug today on Pocket. I jumped into a teamfight and got stunned for a second. After the stun wore off, I had our Warden's active items and no longer had access to mine. This lasted about 3 seconds because I couldn't use my Ethereal Shift and so I died quickly. When I came back, I had my items back.
