steps:
When selecting in: preferences which build created by the community to use, there is a temporary error that does not allow purchasing until the purchase page is reloaded, being in the store (or base) of course.
- start game
- a few minutes until you have the gold
- open store
- preferences
- select build created by community (any, even your own seems to work)
- You will not be able to buy anything until you remove and reopen the store
