100% GPU Usage on sandbox specially in the in game store

I have a RTX 4080 Super, in normal gamplay the usage is mostly normal I guess, around 50% and that's what you'd expect from a CPU Bound Game, like most competitive games are.

However in Sandbox mode the usage goes to 100%, even though the GPU Limiter says "no load" in MSI Afterburner. You can notice this specially when you open the store for a few seconds, my GPU instantly goes to over 90ºC, and my fans go to 100%. This is not normal, I've never experienced this with this PC even with high GPU intensive games like Cyberpunk. This issue seems worse with borderless windows active.

I had a similar issue. Game was getting up to mid 80s. I capped my FPS to 100 through my card and it really dropped the load and temp.

For me it the reverse where the CPU will max load and went beyond 80s when load up sandbox.

I've got this issue as well. GPU fans go from 40% to max and the hotspot rapidly shoots to over 105C when I've got the store open (overall temp stays below 80 which is still really hot for my setup compared to other games).

Setting FPS cap and changing other in-game graphics settings seems to have no effect on the issue.
