Bug in map and some characters Textures

in menu my textures work normaly but if i enter to the game the map texture and some characters textures doenst apear like the photo

My Pc Specs are GTX660 2GBvram with I52500 and 8Gb Ram i run the game normaly between 90 and 100 fps in 1280x720 resolution but i have some drops to 40 and 60 fps in minimal graphics config
