Doors can be placed in the inaccessible areas of mid boss side stairs (subway in example below). Annoying on its own, but if you attempt to unstick your character in the wrong location, the game will place you in the vent system where only calico and rem can pass through, and attempting to unstick further fails as it is intended play space.
