The ability button to cancel with Pocket has a weird interaction with his Satchel ability.
If you mash that ability button (in my case, Q), you cannot get out of the satchel. Only when you stop mashing that ability button will the prompt to cancel the Satchel come up, allowing one to get out of the satchel. However, you could go the whole ability duration without that prompt if you are mashing Q the whole time.
Pressing Space after the ability button (Q) makes Satchel work like normal.
In the following video, the first two activations of Satchel are single presses, followed by a little delay before activating to cancel. You can clearly see the SPACE / Q CANCEL ENCHANTOR'S SATCHEL. The third and fourth activations are me mashing my Satchel ability (Q). There is no prompt to cancel with SPACE / Q.
