Buff remainder of the team if a player leaves.

One of the most frustrating experience to have, is when a player decides to leave for whatever reason. Regardless of the reason the team shouldn't be penalized for that 1st or 5th person leaving. Instead their should be a [Buff] that is given to the remainder of the team (small dmg, hp, extra card slot, etc.). The [Buff] will increase for each player that leaves the game, if it turns into a 1v6 give that single player some false sense hope to make them think they can "win". Personally i had this issue with other pvp hero shooters. Where I'm the last one standing, but i still want to try and fight. I'm not asking for that single player to suddenly become a raid boss that one taps everything and has a button that says "I win" i just want them to have a fighting chance. If the player decides to join back the [buff] will be removed respective to its player count.
 
There are some in-built ways of making comebacks while you have abandoning players. Soul gain is split mostly evenly in lanes, so having 1 less person means more lane farm & more jungle farm respectively. If early enough in a game it can mean getting a significant advantage with hero scaling.

That said, I would like to see the ability to sell the items of the player that isn't present in the lobby and split the money amongst the team. It'll never make up for that 6th player, but it'd go a long way to equalizing things in bad situations. Though that can lead to situations where players farm up, then all leave before midgame, resulting in a single person with like 60k souls making them unkillable by the other team without mass CC.

Not a whole lotta good ways to solve it fully.

This should be posted privately. I certainly do have opinions about it though! Community bias can affect Deadlock's development!
