BSOD after game start

I am getting BSOD right after the game loads. I tried everything from DDU to reinstalling Windows. The BSOD screen reports something different eveyrtime and it never dumps a minidump file successfully. The same crash sometimes happen with the game giving a pak load error and system completely becoming unresponsive after. And sometimes both montiors go black and system completely stop responding I tried reset gpu shortcut in those cases. Similar behaviour also happens on source based CS2 and I am not able to reproduce the issue on any other game.


My system:
GPU: ASUS TUF 4090
Ram: 2x32 GB 6000Mhz EXPO Ram
CPU : Amd 7950x
PSU: 1650 Thermaltake Toughpower GF3
Motherboard: Asus Proart X670e creator wifi
SSD: Installed on the same disk with my Windows install which is Samsung 980 Pro 2TB

I am also not able to reproduce this issue on sandbox and private bot lobbies and trying to rejoin the match a few times after restart sometimes work. If I am able to rejoin the match the minimap does not load for a few minutes after that it seems to work fine.
