Stats:
+600 Bonus health
+15% Debuff resistance
+20% Melee damage
-20% stamina recovery
-1 stamina
-15% Move Speed
Passive:
Owner loses ability to shoot, instead, every melee hit applies all of items Bullet Effects (Siphon Bullets, Silencer etc) and Bullet Damage with lower power.
Inherits passive from Lifestrike
Light melee: 20% of bullet effects and damage
Heavy melee: 40% of bullet effects and damage
