Browser build not working

To be honest, I'm not sure if it's a bug, but why can't I see the public plans? They used to be visible, but I reinstalled the game and they're gone. My friend reinstalled the game and said those parts weren't there either.

Same here, can't see any public builds but I found I can search for build ID's.

I am definitely experiencing the exact same thing, but I haven't been able to find a solution.
