When playing in a party, the server search seems to be extremely random.
I am in North America, my friend is in Europe. The server is randomly selected either in London or Chicago(for example), which means that if one of us has a ping over 150+, it will be impossible to play.
Suggest:
1. Allow manual server selection (like in Dota 2)
2. The server should look for the optimal ping for all group members
(somewhere in the middle between party members)
