Broken Camera - Victor

Some ability or possibly an interaction with kelvin abilities caused the camera to be lower for an extended period of time.

Can't get match ID because it was a bot match, testing him out, so I only got this clip when I noticed. Fixed when exiting/entering zipline, and never occurred again
