broken ban system

I searched for a game and when they game was found, they didn't get me in, just the loading screen appeared then got spawned back to the hideout. When I clicked ESC, I clicked on rejoin game and a loading screen appear again then respawn me to the main menu I kept spamming rejoin and closed the game and opened it but still until a red notification on top right of the screen appeared saying that all players can leave and there will be no consequences. When the red message appeared I finally got to join the game everyone was there nobody left. It was 6v6 and I won the game with highest souls and kills yet got banned after the game for 24 hours. This banning system is terrible and broken, the game should be coded that if the players are full (6v6) then the red message should be canceled and no ban would be applied on the player, also the server crash that wouldn't allow me to join should be fixed, I was banned more than 3 times because of the same problem, unable to join the game.
