[Brawl] Victor Aura stays ON after a round ends

If Victor has his aura ON when a round ends, he will start with it ON when starting the following round.
The Aura can't be turned OFF during the item pick phase and not directly after because you start on the zipline (skills locked).

You have to jump off the zipline to turn off the aura because you are still losing health.
