I was unable to buy items, move around, upgrade abilities, literally anything in game. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting, did not fix it, restarting the game fixed the bug.
Bug was likely caused by having difficulty tabbing into Deadlock because I was playing CIV VI while in queue.
