Funny idea. I'm not sure if it should be a T1 item, but it would be interesting if there was a hero with a prop hunt ability.

honestly i didnt know where to put it because for a t2 it would be a bit to expensive and not of to much use

Yeah, it's in a weird spot where it would be great as a throwaway buy, but not enough to justify t2. I think it would make more sense as a hero ability, but that has its own issue where if it's just one hero that does it, then everyone knows not to trust boxes.

Hahaha! Very amusing item.
Concept is solid and probably would make a few good player stories.
My suggested alteration:
Active: +"Jump into a nearby target box/crate making you invisible on the map."
Note: +"You become parried if the box/crate you are hiding in is destroyed. Any movement will destroy the box/crate."
Justification: Might be better to use the existing boxes in the world as hiding spots. I also think it would just be super funny if you are chasing someone and then slide through some boxes on the way resulting in a parry hit and finding them. It also gives the player a reward if they think you used it but just continued to run away as they still get boxes.
Overall: Not sure how new player friendly this item is, but if it's got a ~4-6 second cooldown from getting hit recently, I think it's probably not too confusing and fun for players to use throughout all phases of the game.
P.S. I can imagine it now. Recovery Beam pulling a pot from across the level out of a team-fight.
