Bots not buying skills from the shop/having no abilities

Played several private bot matches and all bots don't buy anything from the store. If you hover above them in the scoreboard, every skill slot is empty.
It happens on all 3 difficulties.

Also they are not using any abilities, they only shoot their guns.

Not a big deal but its getting boring after a while if they only shoot back but don't use any abilites.

+1 to this thread. I played a couple days ago and bots were using abilities and dodging attacks just fine. Seems like in the past 24-48 hours they have stopped using abilities regardless of difficulty, hardly target the player, and I have only noticed them trying to dodge attacks on medium. On hard they just sort of run back up the lane in a straight line.
