Block Targeted Spells from Enemies (Bebop bomb etc.)

Maybe a 3k item where every 15s, you can passively block a targeted spell (such as Bebop's bomb or Geist's life steal) this would give the players ability to escape certain disabling spells that result in certain death.

I know where you are coming from and it's a good item in dota but in this there's not that many unit targetted spells and limited active items so I feel this may be too strong for the current state of things. Reactive Armor and Essence Shift are a good answer for the time being.
