black screen halfway into match

no signal to my monitor have to restart my PC to fix in any way it happens every match i have tried reinstalling changing my fan speeds in-case its due to overheating

Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings then Change advanced power settings -> Processor power management\Processor performance boost and set to disabled. this does not work also
