Black screen crash

Crashing game and nvidia 3070 card black screen on 2 monitors
Specs:
Windows 11
RTX 3070
Intel Core i5-11400F
16 GB RAM

System Model 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KF
nvidia 4080ti

same issue... started the most recent big patch... 300hrs in this game and never had any problem.. but now im seeing multiple 3070 gpus (same as mine) having this problem. Did deadlock somehow brick our cards?
