Billy's Bashdown doesn't proc Backstabber when ability is behind enemy in some cases

Ability-Item interaction seems to be quite inconsistent right now. Looks like backstabber procs only if you're looking in the direction of the enemy's back, which with abilities like Bashdown, where the explosion AOE starts farther forward from Billy can lead to some weird interactions where Backstabber procs, and some where it doesn't
