in this game you can see lash is unable to use and movement ability even when it activates.
it feels like ass there is literally no counter play.
warp stone doesnt work grapple didnt work ult didnt move him there was no ability that worked as intended

Billy's ult disables movement abilities much like Slowing Hex, but not sure if you're saying there's another bug in there or not?

If there's a bug, can you please provide a time stamp so I know where to look in the match?

The counterplay is buying your stamina upgrade and preemptively just diving away from billy after every landing because the chain is extremely short and easy to break
