Billy confirm cast ult bug

When activating billy's ultimate if you are to press 4 again it will put him into the targeting state again and render him unable to fire his gun or use any abilities. This leads to situations like the clip attached where the player is spamming the button to activate it as soon as they're out of a stun.

I've seen this happen as seven stunning him in ult. He'll just hold his bat up and die. Very odd interaction.
