Billy - Chain Gang rope bug

If Billy pulls a player with Chain Gang while the player is attempting to climb a rope, the pulled player will get stuck in climbing animation, lose the abilities to strafe, shoot and use skills. The animation can be escaped by dashing or using certain items (e.g. Warp Stone).
