Rescue beam causes the attached player to bug out while climbing rope.
If player already on rope, will automatically fall off rope
If player tries to climb rope while being rescue beamed, will be permanently be stuck in climbing animation while not actually climbing.
To get out of climbing animation just dash so you can shoot and use skills again.
Attached player will also be unable to mantle climb.
