Billy blasted ability says "Deal weapon damage to extend" but it's only melee damage.

Weapon damage does add time, it just drains faster than dealing weapon damage restores it, so it doesnt increase the bar. Only melees add more time than they take to perform, but weapon damage will still cause blasted to last longer. Otherwise it would be way too easy to hold an infinite blasted, now you need to risk being parried to keep it going for a long period.
