A 3200 spirit item which was created as a spirit version of hunters aura, as there is no 3200 item which fills that role for spirit yet (outside of maybe spirit snatch).

Creating a aura around the player that deals tick damage to enemies who are within the aura, damage would be minimal as the focus of the item is not on dealing damage around the player. Enemies who are within the aura gain a stacking debuff with a maximum of 3 stack, for every debuff stacked onto an enemy, The player gains a stacking buff with a maximum of 3 stacks
