Bepop T2 Uppercut Talent not giving fast Spinup

Bepops t2 talent has been bugged for some while now. It works in sandbox but in actual matches you only get the damage increase portion of the talent. Fast spinup is very important for gun bop and it's really annoying to get this bug after every 2nd uppercut.

Correction, it happens when you turn around after hooking. If you hook enemy hero and turn 90 degrees or more, and then uppercut you will not get Fast spin-up
