Please fix this bug so playing against him is competitive

its not bug - its item build. Buy Debuff Remover and remove bombs

One of the only chars who needs a nerf is this guy.
He shouldnt be able to completely dominate low hp/high fps chars with minimal issue
if your going to make his output so high atleast drop his HP pool down so he can be killed easier
