Beggars Bazooka

An item like the TF2 Weapon "Beggars Bazooka". This item could have you hold down left click to 'pre-load' your bullets and after releasing left click could shoot out a handful of bullets in very rapid succession. Could have reduced movement speed or reduced bullet resistance while 'charging' shots.

Maybe rework it so that it's an active ability that forces you to reload an empty clip before firing off the blast. Having it always active might be a bit overkill.

This has potential for both serious and silly playstyles-- You can minimize both your cooldowns and reload time in order to increase the frequency of your barrages... or you can play with Slork or Abrams' "reloads-one-bullet-at-a-time" weapons and just dump everything into clip size. Don't need to wait for cooldowns if you spend that entire time reloading anyway
