Been randomly banned from matchmaking despite having not played for 2 day's and having played my last game to completion

My last played game was on the 9th of January and I played till the game was completed, both the replay and soul count show this. I login today and find that I cant join matchmaking for another two hours with no explanation i can think of as to why, i don't use voice comms and very rarely ever use text chat.

Any help would be appreciated
