Bebop's hand stuck in the air, game then crashes

I was going about my business as Bebop, trying to grab people, when suddenly my hook stopped in the middle of its path! I tried to look at it to get a better view, but then the game closed. I was able to rejoin soon after, though.
I caught it on video; see attachment. The crash occurs when the game audio cuts out.

Maybe this has something to do with my proximity to the zipline?

But that is REALLY funny. I'm so sorry this happened, though.
