bebop + victor bug interaction and zipline + rescue beam interaction

It would seem when victor dies with ult available with a bebop bomb applied victor sheds the bomb leaving it unexploded on the ground making perpetual bomb noises.

also if rescue beamed off a zipline you get in a weird animation freeze

ive attached a clip of both bugs happening and both are easily repeatable
