[Bebop] Uppercutting an enemy hero to a ceiling will stun or reduce movement for them for a certain duration

One of the purposes of Bebop's uppercut is that you knock your opponent in the air, wind up your laser gun, and start blasting. However, in tight spaces or areas that have low ceilings like bridges, the uppercut combo will not work because the ceiling will bounce them back to the ground. So to compensate for this, I purpose that when the enemy is uppercutted to a ceiling, the enemy will be stunned or have their movement speed reduced for a certain period.
