Bebop somehow parrying after taking a tier 3 wall stun?

Maybe it was the debuff resist you get from consecutive stuns. You get 10% per, maxed at 30%. He probably had at least 20% and since you wall stunned him in point blanc it caused your melee to be a little late.

That seems incredibly problematic for the viability of every single melee character in the game. Maybe they should add a stat that turns off the parry button on abilities meant to guarantee one melee hit.
