Bebop M1 hitreg inconsistent/no-reg'ing

In a multitude of situations, bebop's M1 will not register correctly when shooting at a target.
It seems to particularly affect his hipfire more than when zoomed in, although there are still instances where you will no-reg while zoomed in, like shooting very close troopers who are walking towards you.
The most common trivial case is when attacking troopers which are advancing, most egregiously when attacking them from the side while they advance up the lane.
No-regs also occur when attacking the midboss or weakened patron particularly in close range.
No-regs can also occur on enemy heroes as well. Around 31:50 in match [507303] there's an especially bad instance of this happening, where I get near-zero ticks of damage shooting dead-center on a dynamo. I don't have a clip from my live perspective but I was dead-on his body.
 
To add onto this I have 3 clips from match 507954 the times in replay at 18:55 (Boxes) 29:12 (Urn), 40:53 (Camp) and 2 clips from 508157 at 24:01 (Shrine) and 27:22 (Downed Patron) of the beam just flat out not registering shots or not consistently on boxes/urns/shrines/downed patron/camps this happens on all the camps as far as I have tested I mostly notice it on the medium and large camps because of the larger health pools
