Bebop infinite damage stacking on ultimate tooltip.

game id: 53589043.im not quite sure how it works but when he used Arcane surge with self bomb and letting the bomb explode on minions or heroes sometimes the damage on the ultimate would go up by like 5-20 dmg per second. It does however not increase the damage dealt and is only a bug with the tooltip. but its very weird how it still shows up in the post match screen and i even restarted the game

The bug is happening because of your stacks the more stacks, it calculates both your upercut damage, fire rate reduction and your ult damage as applying the stacks
