Bebop HyperBeam needs LOS to deal damage

Nowhere on the ability description says that you need LOS to deal damage, buying Improved Reach
makes the AOE bigger , but it doesn't let you hit enemies behind cover.
Either this is intended or not, it should be mentioned in the ability description
