Consider having Bebop's hook T1 give the damage amp to spirit as well. Gun bebop is currently punished for building any spirit damage as it effectively gives up 17% output compared to weapon damage. This includes items which seem to be very well suited to bebop like Tesla/Capacitor. Bebop bomb builds have historically been weak compared to gun and this change can help them out while rewarding actually landing a hook instead of degenerate "run into you and bomb" strategies and is still counterable by dispels. You will need to adjust gun damage on bebop slightly here but it would increase build variety for gun bebop.
