Bebop Hook Not Bringing in Hit Targets

I leave spawn, hook Vindicta and the hook hits her but does not bring her in. This was happening multiple times during the match on various others where I hear the hook connect sound but did not bring them in.

You probably spammed Space. You can cancel hooks if you do that
