Alt casting hook allows bebop to pull himself towards his target instead of pulling his target towards himself, this could be done for catching up to teammates who are far ahead or placing bombs on yourself and then hooking into the enemy. I think this could bring lots of depth to bebops kit which is already built for wacky ability combo's. Also its way funnier for a bebop to fly towards a target then for a target to fly towards bebop.
