Despite the patch notes saying that grapple arm deals "light melee" damage, Grapple Arm is applying the heavy melee values for spirit snatch. Testing in the sandbox is showing the full 12% spirit resist and 15 spirit power from hooking the hideout Abrams despite the fact that Snatch should only do 70% of this for light melees.
Expected: 8% resist and 10 spirit respectively
