Bebop is incorrectly scaling his global damage with his bomb stacks, can most easily be seen with his ult scaling off the stacks. it is possible to reach 2k+ dps on hyper beam this way. It has also applied to other damage items, though this is hit or miss.
Edit: after alot of testing it appears this bug is just visual, at least in hideout testing
