Bebop bomb T3 short duration

Bomb T3 (5 movement speed, 20% firerate) only lasts 3 seconds and terminates when the bomb explodes. It should last 5 seconds and ideally be increased by duration items.

This is still active but now with 3.5s duration BTW. It's incorrectly tied to the bomb duration.
