Bebop‘s sticky bomb stacks now will amplify all his abilities and his gun status.
The following screenshots show that Bebop can insanely reduce the enemy fire rate and have crazy ult dps in 300 bomb stacks and without any items.
Initially he seems will actually cost that amount of damage but right now it just a visual bug, but in enemy hud still show you will be reduce a lots of fire rate when you been hit by exploding uppercut.
