Spent like 6 hours on this in total. It encourages the enemy to shoot you while it's happening and is a fantastic duel tank/damage tool. As formulated it would probably be the main tool in the kit and you would have supplemental abilities, otherwise it would probably need to be weaker. It does allow for barrier from other sources to be made effective, which is a nice touch.
