This is an item that can disable any given hero's current barriers. This doesn't set the barrier(s) HP to 0, this just makes it so that barriers are completely useless for blocking whatever damage type they're for. Obviously this wouldn't be permanent. When time runs out, the barriers can tank damage again like normal. It could be the same length as the Silence Glyph, but it might have to be something like double to allow people to capitalize for it. I propose this item to be 100% at least 3000 souls. Having this too early would make barriers utterly useless in the early game, which is where barriers truly shine.
Alternatively, this item can instead be a Silencer-type buildup item. The more you shoot someone/the more you damage them with spells, the closer the target gets to having their barriers temporarily disabled. This is probably more feasible as a bullet item, considering barrier items are only really issues for burst characters, and this item would almost never proc if used with a burst character (think Lash slam, it definitely wouldn't proc this item)
I think this item can be either Spirit or Vitality. I don't see this item being a gun item unless you make it have that Silencer-type buildup.
