Could this be a 1250 if it didn't have some of the additional effects, and if the reduction were closer to 30%? Feels underwhelming for a 3000.

rather than reduce the price we can just bump up the numbers, perhaps
+25% Ammo,+15% Weapon Fall-Off Range and +20 damage for each consecutive shot hit.
maybe even tighten the bullet spread by %65
