When you have Barrage stacks as Pocket, recasting the ability before they expire (e.g. via echo shard) causes them to be removed. This is probably not intentional, and removes the potential to get more than 4 stacks.

of all the reasons pocket remains a trash tier ult bot, this is the least concerning, since the hardcap on the buff is 4 anyway

It should at least just refresh the buff duration. Also, I don't really care if Pocket is "carried" by his ult, because he's still fun without it...

pocket isn't carried by his ult, his entire kit is the worst in the game at everything they do, the only good aspect used to be the ult and they just nerfed that also.
